LONDON — Shares in water utilities led gains on the Cerulean Exchange this week as traders positioned for a dry autumn across water-stressed megacities, with Tethys Hydrous Group closing up nearly four percent over five sessions. The move tracked reservoir data, not speculation: with the global mean anomaly holding at +2.8 degrees for a sixth month, desalination volumes are running ahead of forecast. Analyst Priti Raman at Castellan Capital cautioned that a rally in water is "a thermometer, not a victory" — every point Tethys gains reflects a city paying more to drink. Migration-relief bonds, backed against corridors now carrying past 112 million registered climate migrants, slipped a quarter point as underwriters repriced the load. "The market is honest about thirst in a way governments are not," Raman said. "It simply charges for it." Cerulean's water index closed at a two-year high.
