Water Rights Rally, Fusion Steadies
A brief on where the money moved this week.

Water-rights indices led the tape this week, climbing on the first committed tranche of the Concordat's adaptation package and the Sahel corridor's opening flows; Tethys Hydrous Group and the metered-utility complex drew the bulk of the bid as desks priced in a decade of guaranteed public spending on desalination. Fusion held steady rather than soaring: the Aurora–Kronos duel over the grid's next ten years left traders unwilling to pick a winner, and capacity futures closed flat as the two giants canceled each other out on the boards. Kronos names ticked up modestly on filled orders near Thwaites, the market pricing the instability of the ice the way it always has — quietly, and later. Quantum-infrastructure shares firmed on Singapore's Q-Net upgrade, while augmentation biotech stayed pinned, waiting on Brazil. The consensus across the Cerulean Exchange desks: water is where the certainty is, and certainty, this summer, is what money will pay a premium to buy.
